I am blessed beyond belief. I don’t deserve it. I don’t quite understand it. But I always want to remember it. Philippians 4:7

I’ve recently become VERY convicted about this exact thought. I’m amazed that we are SOOOO quick to complain about stuff that just really doesn’t matter (“I don’t have this, my day sucks, I cant afford a new car, Oh poor me, etc).
How we love to complain about our minuscule, small, non-kingdom-related circumstances. II tend to forget how blessed I really am.

I prefer Philippians 4:8. Think about the good things in life and don’t dwell on those things that you cannot change. Paul tries his hand at life coaching.

Another good verse, Jason. And you’re completely right, I don’t dwell on the good things nearly as often as I should. Wouldn’t most of us just be that much happier if we did…
